ขยุ้ม

v. 1. to grab, to pick up or to gather up with the five fingers, to grasp with the five fingers;

n. 2. as much as one can pick up with a loosely closed hand, a handful.

(ขะ-หยุ้ม) ขยุ้มมือหนึ่ง- that which, or as much as can be held with the five fingers, a pinch;

หยิบเอาขยุ้มหนึ่ง- to take up what the fingers can hold (a handful).

เขาขยุ้มเอากรวดขึ้นมาพิจารณา He picked up some gravel and examined it.

ขอข้าวสารให้ฉันขยุ้มหนึ่ง Give me a handful of rice.
